Delivery:
- Your orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. (Delivery times may vary for some special products. You can see the delivery times of the products on the product detail pages).
Return and Exchange:
- All products on sale on our website are produced on order and returns are not accepted. This is clearly stated on the detail pages of the products.
- There is NO right of return or exchange for products received by trying from our store.
- Within 7 days from the date you receive the product, you can make a one-time size and model change.
- To create an exchange request, you must send an e-mail to info@huldras.co ,stating the reason for the change. Be sure to specify your name - surname and order code in the mail header.
- Products sent without an exchange request via e-mail will NOT be exchanged.
- Your exchange request will be answered via e-mail. For the exchange, our Yurtiçi Kargo customer code will be sent to you with the information of our head office address.
- If you want to send your package with a different cargo company other than Yurtiçi Kargo, the entire shipping fee belongs to you.
- You can deliver your package to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch by typing the Yurtiçi Kargo customer code received by mail. Please keep your tracking number with you.
- When the products received by us are examined for compliance with the exchange conditions and your exchange request is approved, the new product will be resent to you free of charge.
- The exchange of your online orders is NOT accepted in the store.
- Products that do not comply with the exchange conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back with counter payment.
Exchange Terms:
- The exchange process is done only once. It cannot be exchanged for a second time.
- Products that have been used, lost their originality and do not have a label on them are not exchanged.
- Products damaged due to use (torn, deformation in the mold, broken, etc.) are not accepted for exchange.
- We do not accept the exchange of products that have been tried on with heavily scented perfumes or deodorant that may leave a trace.
- No exchange is accepted for free or promotional products sent as part of the order, if any, in addition to all products shipped. For the exchange of any product in the set, all products in the set must be sent together. They cannot be exchanged separately. If only one item in the set is sent, Huldras will not accept the exchange and will only exchange the product if all items are sent.
- It is the customer's responsibility until the package reaches the exchange address. Huldras does not assume any responsibility for packages damaged or lost during shipping. Please make sure that your parcels are well packed and sent by a traceable, insured company.
